It is located about 50 ft. north of Middle Country Road (Rt. 25) and about 50 yards west of the Lustgarden Greenhouse. It is almost due north of LILCO pose #677. Two stones are in tact but broken off the base and laying in a. large bush. Pieces of a third stone were found and brought to my home to clean and piece together, The stones were first copied on 5 Aug. 1962 and again in Aug. 1973, by Elbert N.Carter.

3. THOMAS AID -d.Feb. Note: The pieces are as shown below. He certainly was the THOMAS ALDRICH of BROOKHAVEN who made a will on 11 Sept. 1809. It was proved on 5 March 1811. He mentioned wife IRENE, daughters IRENE, MARY, HANNAH, and sons JESSE and THOMAS. His wife was IRENE RAYNOR.
